root 1047bd0aca fix: config.py Parser für neues CT_VMID_SERVER Format angepasst 
- CT/VM Pattern: CT_101_HZ, CT_600_KA3, VM_144_MU3
- HOST_CODE_MAP: HZ, KA1-3, MU1-3, HE
- PROXMOX_HOSTS wird aus SRV_* Einträgen befüllt
- get_container() mit optionalem host-Filter
- get_containers_by_host() Hilfsfunktion
- proxmox_client.py: PROXMOX_HOSTS leer, wird dynamisch befüllt
